Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days of purchase unless otherwise stated. For commissioned artworks or made-to-order pieces, processing times will vary and will be communicated directly with the client during the commission process.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive confirmation of shipment where applicable.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Protective materials and appropriate packaging will be used depending on the size and nature of the artwork.
Original artworks may be packaged flat or rolled where appropriate in order to protect the work during transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.
UK Shipping
Orders within the United Kingdom are usually shipped via a tracked postal or courier service. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days after dispatch, although this may vary depending on the delivery provider.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Delivery times vary by country and may take 1–4 weeks depending on customs processing and postal services.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
Delays and Service Interruptions
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside the artist’s control.
The artist cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so that the issue can be investigated and resolved.
If an item appears to be lost in transit, please contact the artist so that the delivery service can be contacted and a claim initiated where appropriate.
